El presente trabajo aborda el estudio de las dos posibles resoluciones al conflicto del Sáhara Occidental: gobernanza marroquí o estatalidad saharaui. A través de un análisis de fuentes locales, históricas y gubernamentales, este informe muestra cómo podría ejecutarse el plan, tras examinar detenidamente los precedentes del conflicto, la complicada historia de la región y las propuestas ya existentes. Estos proyectos apoyan inequívocamente la hipótesis presentada en esta investigación, enmarcada en el contexto geopolítico de la región del Magreb, el Mediterráneo, el mundo árabe y África.
This paper investigates the prospective resolutions for the Western Sahara dispute: Moroccan Número 147 / 2025 governance or Sahrawi statehood. Throughout an analysis of local, historical, and governmental sources, the following pages show how the plan could ultimately be executed after carefully examining
the conflict’s precedents, the region’s complicated history, and the already existing proposals. These projects unequivocally support this investigation’s hypothesis, framed in the geopolitical context of the Maghreb region, the Mediterranean, the Arab world, and the African continent.
